Design/Build Projects
54 Construction, LLC will work closely with the owner, contractors and design team to integrate the functions of design and construction so that cost, quality, and schedule coincides with the owner's expectations during the design and construction phases and can act as a Prime Contractor if needed during all phases of construction.
54 Construction, LLC, as a prime contractor, can be responsible for the day to day oversight of the construction site, management of vendors and contractors, and the communication of information to all involved parties. All while working safely, with the highest of quality, and quickly to complete the project.

54 Construction, LLC is a commercial construction company based in Southern Brazoria County. We offer various construction services and prime contracting services.
Established in 2018, Jason Rivera and his team have a combined over 40 years experience in the Commercial and Industrial construction industries. We personally strive to exceed our clients' needs and expectations by managing all aspects of the construction process personally from Pre-Construction all the way through to final completion.
OUR GOAL IS OUR PROMISE
Our goal is to have an owner present and involved at every stage of the project. Though this sounds simple it is not typical, especially in this industry. As such, our promise to all our clients is you get us from beginning to end every time on every project regardless of size.
